MINNESOTA UNITED SNOWMOBILE ASSOCIATION FOR THE SPORT OF IT

Out-of-state snowmobiles: All snowmobiles require registration, either from Minnesota or a snowmobiler's home state. A $50 Minnesota State Trail Permit is also required to use state or grant-in-aid trails if the snowmobile is registered in the snowmobiler's home state.
